Region Events
The Central Region, which we are a member of, holds a number of unmatchable training experiences
throughout the year. These are usually national programs that each region is responsible for implementing
on a local level. Additionally, regions hold events and programs that are carried out through each local lodge.
National Leadership Seminar (NLS)- All Arrowmen, both youth and adults, are encouraged to attend this unforgettable weekend packed
full of leadership training that you'll be able to use in real life, both within and outside of
Scouting. Although LLDC is a graet experience and should be attended by all Arrowmen, it cannot
even begin to compare to NLS. Check the NLS page on the Central Region website for more information
as well as specific dates and locations. Your registration form for NLS must be signed by the Council
Scout Executive. Please contact a member of the Lodge Key-3 if you wish to attend NLS.
- National Lodge Adviser Training Seminar (NLATS)
- NLATS is a brand new program, similar to NLS, but intended for Lodge Advisers and potential Lodge
Advisers. It is recommended that advisers go through LLDC and NLS prior to attending a NLATS. Due
to the fact that this course is intended for a smaller number of participants, prior approval from
the Lodge Key-3 is required to attend this event. For more information, check the NLATS section of
